Hermit Crabs

These horrendously painted critters were being sold at the Great Mall in Milpitas, CA. It was $10 for a tiny crab, yet strangely only $2 more for one at least three times larger.

The woman selling these also tried to tell me that if you only buy one, they usually die because "they are lonely". It couldn't be because of the miniscule cage they give you, though. Or the disgusting flourescent pink watering bowl they sold for $6.
