A view of Point Richmond

This is the pier at Point Richmond. Once a bustling exchange point for goods between San Francisco and the East Bay, this structure is now a burnt out husk of it's former glory. It's a great place to go fishing, though, since you don't need a liscense to fish off of it. I have no idea why this is the case, but it's clearly posted, so have at it!
This is one of the places that Kelly and I went yesterday on our exploration of various points northeast of her apartment. It was actually a lot of fun, and we found a little gem of the Richmond area, Point Richmond itself. This little town is awesome. Only one Starbucks sullies it's otherwise pristine small town charm. Nex time we go, I'll take pictures.
